Great food, vibes, and drinks. Plus a special ramen that came with a gatcha, I love random little stuff like that. Ramen broth is rich and they offer a simple ramen seasoning that adds some flavor depth. The takoyaki is delicious but not as hot as I was expecting on the inside. That detracted from the experience but the flavor was still on point. They are fast, friendly, and the atmosphere gives come here relax and indulge but feel the energy of the banger music and engaging staff. I got offered a matcha tiramisu for desert and my biggest regret is saying no. Will be back!

The staff immediately recognized that I am deaf. They found ways to communicate with me. Shows patience with me. Made me feel comfortable. The food was excellent. I definitely will go back.

Unique fusion ramen spot with excellent customization. Just had a great experience at JINYA. Ordered the Birria ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen black, and started with gyoza and brussel sprouts. What sets this place apart is how much they let you customize your bowl. It's fusion-style ramen, which works really well here. The flavors are balanced, the noodles are cooked right, and you can tell they care about quality ingredients. If you like ramen and want options beyond the traditional, this is a good spot to check out. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

This restaurant always stinks. It smells like Natural Gas is leaking. I've gone on several occasions and the smell is consistent. The Ramen is hit or miss. Sometimes the flavors are phenomenal and other times its meh. On my last visit the chicken was rancid and tasted like it started to decompose. I don't really know how I feel about this restaurant. Maybe cautious describes it? Especially after the rancid chicken incident.

I wanted to love this place as I’ve had it bookmarked forever, but sadly, the food wasn’t for me. Service was excellent, and the restaurant was pretty spacious. Parking wasn’t bad either, there are lots and a garage nearby. However, the food itself fell flat for me. We ordered the crispy chicken happy hour special, which comes with a side salad. The chicken was on the dry side. Whenever I order Kaarage, it usually comes with a dipping sauce, but there was none here and that would’ve really helped out. The dressing on the side salad was way too acidic, making it hard to eat as well. In addition, we ordered the takoyaki as an appetizer. The takoyaki themselves were pretty solid, but the texture of the mayo was off. I’m not sure if they make their mayo in-house, but i noticed it was curdled. Edit: just wanted to clarify after the restaurant responded, the sauce is an egg tartar For the ramen, we ordered Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Creamy Veggie Ramen. Pricing is standard for DFW ramen restaurants, although *slightly* higher than some others (by like $1). The base ramen comes with a good variety of toppings! However, the ramen was just okay.
